Return & Cancellation:
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
To request cancellation, contact us immediately with:

Registered email or phone number
If the order has not been dispatched, a full refund will be processed.
After Dispatch
- Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, pet consumable products are generally non-returnable, except in the following cases:
Eligible for Return/Replacement:
Damaged product received
Incorrect product delivered
Missing items in order
You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
To request a return or replacement:

If your return is approved:
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Processing time: 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the error was from our side.
We do not accept returns in the following cases:
Product opened or used
Change of mind
Incorrect size selection
Damage due to improper storage
Request made after 48 hours of delivery
If the package appears visibly damaged at delivery:
Please take photos immediately.
Inform us within 48 hours.
